It was announced that in addition to the upcoming Season 10 set to debut in late 2020, the American Horror Story has now been signed to Season 11, 12 and 13.

“Ryan [Murphy] and Brad [Falchuk] are the undisputed masters of horror TV, having created the anthological limited series with American Horror Story and sustaining its success for nearly a decade as FX’s highest-rated series. We are grateful to them and Dana Walden and our studio partners for committing to another three years. AHS has showcased a wealth of award-winning actors since day one and we appreciate the contributions of everyone, including Ryan, Brad and fellow executive producers Tim Minear, James Wong, Alexis Martin Woodall and Bradley Buecker, the writers, directors, cast and crew for each new, unforgettable instalment of American Horror Story.”

John Landgraf

American Horror Story: 1984 was the last season that aired in late 2019 and was inspired by ’80s horror slasher movies. The show’s pace and setting played out like a show of Friday the 13th. Those of you who follow the series will know that each season is based on a different time and era and even though there are underlying connections between all of the seasons, they each offer a refreshing take in the horror genre.

If you want to catch up on the show, you can stream Season 1 – 7 now on Showmax.
