Nintendo has revealed plans for an offline version of the popular Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp mobile game. The current mobile game is expected to go offline on 28 November but fans will now be able to transfer their data to a new app. This new app is called Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete.
Unlike the current mobile app, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is a once-off paid game. The app is expected to launch on 3 December. At the moment, there’s a special introductory price discount on the app across Android and iOS. Users can purchase the app for R129 up until 31 January 2025. After which, it will then cost R199.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will let players move over their existing progress and start fresh if they wish. Your player level and the bells you own will transfer across to the new app. Your friendship levels will also carry across. This means all the animals you have befriended will also move to the new app.
All inventory items and warehouse will be transferred to the new game too. Camper, Campsite and Cabin contents and styles will carry across alongside your clothes and saved outfits.
Players will need to link their Nintendo Account to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Once they purchase Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, they can transfer their saved data. If you have already linked your account to the game, you don’t need to do anything.
Nintendo has launched an FAQ on Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete to explain all the restrictions and content transfer procedures.
