In a blog post, Bioware gave the first update to the game since February this year. In addition, it was revealed that a team of 30 or so developers are currently working on the new changes to the game.

Bioware explained that the new prototype of changes will be shared in the future. However, some of these changes may not make it to launch. The long and short of it is basically don’t get your hopes up for a revamped Anthem 2.0 anytime soon. Bioware Austin Studio Director Christian Daley said: “This is going to be a longer process”.

We are not sure what he is comparing the development to. However, he could mean “longer than initial Anthem development.” Given the game’s failed launch in 2019, this long development process is for the best.
We know Bioware is rebooting the Anthem experience with this revamp. They are planning on recreating the game from the ground up with a load of new features. However, we don’t know anything about the game as of yet. It is nice to see Bioware break the month-long silence about the game. You can read the full blog post here.
