Apple will be announcing its range of new iPhone 11 devices tonight during its annual September event. If you want to tune into the livestream you can as the tech giant will be sharing the feed across multiple platforms and for the first time, YouTube.
Apple is expected to not only reveal the new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max but also share details on an updated Apple Watch, its gaming service Apple Arcade and its content streaming service Apple TV+.
The stream will take place at 19:00 South African Time and is expected to last a least two hours. The company will play host to a series of reveals as well as the iPhone 11 price and release date. We are expected to see more of iOS 13 which Apple will date for a worldwide rollout soon.
As for the iPhone 11, the company is said to be working on three devices. The “Pro” iPhones will feature a new triple-lens camera system and the standard “non-Pro” will be bumped up to a dual-lens. The same dual-lens device will be the successor to the XR device which launched last year.
We don’t know much about the internals of the new phones only that they will contain the new Apple A13 chipset. The standard 11 will also come in a range of new colours similar to the XR of last year. We covered the leaks in details a while back after a case maker’s dummy device was spotted.
