Ubisoft has announced the next instalment in the Assassin’s Creed series called Valhalla. This comes after months of leaks and rumours pointing to the game’s existence. The announcements played out differently than many thought. Instead of a loud bang reveal, the developer hosted a live stream “drawing” of the game’s reveal on YouTube and Twitch. On a press release, Ubisoft described the event as a “unique art piece” being created by Bosslogic also known as Kode Abdo. The Australian contemporary artist specialized in digital art and his skills helped reveal the new game’s key art.

The live stream began as two images of clouds as Kode Abdo transformed the image into two contrasting environments. On the right-hand side, you can see a sunset valley with a raging battle. On the left-hand side, there’s an icy and frozen ocean under the night sky as Viking ships crash through the waves.
The reveal art took a while to get done, but in the end, we finally got to see the new Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Ubisoft will release the official cinematic trailer later today. Take a look at the Bosslogic creation trailer down below
