Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is out tomorrow and if you are picking it up then be prepared for a hefty day-one update. According to OrbisPatches, the file size comes in at 7.4GB on PS4 and should be similar sizes on other platforms. Ubisoft has yet to share any official detailed patch notes for the update but it will most likely fix bugs and improve the overall game. However, the developer did say the update adjusts the balance of the game. Whatever that means.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is the much-anticipated sequel to the series and arrives after Ubisoft took a year break to work on the game. It is also one of the first releases in 2020 to take advantage of next-gen hardware on PS5 and Xbox Series X. In addition, users can purchase the game on PS4 and Xbox One and get a free upgrade to the next-gen version when they upgrade consoles.
