Assassin’s Creed Valhalla won’t be as big and huge as Odyssey. A sigh of relief for many fans out there who were concerned about the game’s size. According to Ubisoft head of communication Malek Teffaha, the developer has addressed criticisms of the last game’s size in Valhalla. While the game will be big, it won’t be the longest or biggest game in the series.

In response to an article about the size of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla featuring a massive map that encompasses some of Norway and the four kingdoms of England, Malek responded;

Fans of the Assassin’s Creed series loved Odyssey but were overwhelmed by the size and scale of the game’s world. Many fans, like myself, are concerned about the next entry in the series being too big and requiring way too much time to consume.
