The BAFTA Game Awards 2025 took place last night with some surprise wins including Astro Bot taking home Best Game and The Chinese Room’s Still Wakes The Deep winning a fair share of awards. The show was hosted by comedian Phil Wang and celebrated the best video games that launched over the last year.
Astro Bot not only took home Best Game at the BAFTA Game Awards 2025 but also won four additional awards including Best Animation and Family Game. Other notable winners include Helldivers 2 for Multiplayer Game, Metaphor: ReFantazio for Best Narrative, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 for Technical Achievement and Neva for Artistic Achievement. Astro Bot also ended up winning Game of the Year at last year’s The Game Awards.
