Baldur’s Gate 3 is a very sexual game. So much so that almost every conversation you have with your party at camp could end up in an intimate moment. While this is true of the game’s romancing features, players seem to believe that the game’s physical assets might be lacking here and there too. Namely, the penis sizes. The game has a one-size-fits-all-models penis which is copied across all characters.
This means that if you’re an Orc, you have the same size penis as a Dwarf which kinda doesn’t make sense. You would think that the world of Baldur’s Gate 3 would follow the real-world scenario whereas different people and races (looking at you, Ecuadorians) are known to be a bit more well-endowed.

Of course, with the game on PC, it means players can mod it with all the weird and wonderful tweaks to change whatever they like. If they think the characters have small shlongs, they make them bigger. As a result, dozens of Baldur’s Gate 3 penis mods have spawned online altering male and female characters and increasing their dong sizes.
One particular one is called “Pride of the Orcs” and it gives female Half-Orcs a large (maybe a little too large) of a package. Another mod called “Totally Lore Accurate Packages” increases the general size of penises in the game across the board. It also adds the option to walk around with a piercing.
Another mod simply called “Better Penises” aims to give characters “realistic sizes” compared to some outrageous mods out there. From my accounts, I can say this mod will make things a little more realistic for sure. Perhaps the other two mentioned above are a little extreme.
There are quite a number of Baldur’s Gate 3 nude and penis mods on the web already. The game only launched last week and Nexus Mods is flooded with more nude and sex mods than anything else. But hey, it is the internet and a video game so what else did we expect?
