EA Games and DICE are cutting it close. The Battlefield 2042 beta date is set for 22 September 2021 according to a report. Just a month before the game releases on PS4, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The date comes from reliable Battlefield 2042 source Tom Henderson who confirmed the 22 September launch. This is after retailers listed the incorrect starting date of 6 September.
EA has yet to announce the Battlefield 2042 beta date but has been active on social media joking around about it. Yesterday, the official account posted a meme regarding the beta after fans insisted on spamming the social media accounts with requests.

It is important to note that the Battlefield 2042 beta is locked behind pre-ordering the game. Those of you who want to jump into the action need to pre-order the shooter on your platform of choice. However, if pre-ordering games aren’t your thing then EA is expected to host an open beta at another date. It could take place the following weekend but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
