Blue Box Games Studios has released an FAQ to try and explain what is going on with its Abandoned PS5 game. In particular, the FAQ serves as a way for gamers to understand the recently released PS5 interactive app that went live last month and crashed on launch day.
For those who missed it, Blue Box Games Studios has been hyping up the release of this Abandoned PS5 interactive app. However, the app was released in August and didn’t get past the loading screen. The developers then issued an update a few days later which fixed the issue. Soon after, gamers realised that the app was a 5-second teaser which they already saw on Twitter months ago.

Blue Box Games Studios has since gone silent about the issue. The full interactive app was meant to release on 25 August and well, nothing happened. The Abandoned PS5 app is meant to act as a prequel to the full game but no one knows what is going on with the development and why things are so messy. Even the new FAQ doesn’t do much.
Blue Box Games Studios has been under fire too and are marked as “scammers” after gamers began researching the studios’ past failed games.
