Borderlands 4 is finally available for pre-order ahead of its launch this September and fans will have a few options when it comes to deciding which edition to get. As of writing, three editions are available to pre-order online: the standard edition, the Deluxe Edition and the Super Deluxe Edition, each pricier than the last. Here’s a pre-order guide to the incentives and editions you’ll be able to pre-purchase right now.
First and foremost, Borderlands 4 won’t cost $80 after all. This follows a recent reply from Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford who claimed that “real fans” would buy the game even if it was priced at $80. The good news is that Borderlands 4 will actually cost $70 at launch, sidestepping drumming up any more controversy. Keep in mind that the following pre-order guide is for the digital versions of the game. We’ll have an updated article listing the physical versions as soon as we have confirmation of local pricing.
