The PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe libraries will see ten games leave the subscription service this July, including the BioShock Collection, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, Stray and more. Since Sony’s service launched a year ago, the list of games available in its libraries have changed and rotated with new ones being added while others are removed. With several new games arriving in July (that haven’t been announced yet), it means almost a dozen games will be taken off the service and they’re pretty big titles.
Sony has confirmed that ten games will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe this July. While more than ten games have left the service in the past, these ten are notable considering a majority of them are big games. Stray is the most notable departure as the game was added to the Extra tier when it launched on PS4 and PS5 last year. You might also have to find another way to play Marvel’s Avengers as that will also leave the library.

Here’s the full list of games leaving PlayStation Plus’ higher tiers next month:
- BioShock Remastered
- BioShock 2 Remastered
- BioShock Infinite Remastered
- Borderlands: The Handsome Collection
- Fluster Cluck
- Marvel’s Avengers
- Raiden 5: Director’s Cut
- Rogue Stormers
- Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell
- Stray
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection consists of two games from the Borderlands series: Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel so if we had to factor those in, it would mean eleven games are actually leaving the service.
The good news is that the recent PlayStation Plus Essential lineup for July was leaked and subscribers are in for a treat. Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, Alan Wake Remastered and Endling: Extinction is Forever will all be available as next month’s free games. Sony has yet to announce the new games coming to the Extra and Deluxe tiers next month but we’ll surely hear more about it closer to the middle of July.
