Bully 2 GTA 6 Rockstar Games next-gen game

Bully Sequel Possibly Teased in GTA Online by Rockstar

Rockstar’s Bully has not seen the light of day since 2006 when it released on PS2. It has been a long time since we have seen or heard anything relating to a sequel or a new release in the Bully series and it seems that GTA Online could be teasing something in the pipelines.

A new update released on GTA Online added a handful of paintings to the in-game shop and these paintings are basically a direct reference to the Bully mascots from the 2006 release.

The original Bully boxart featured the school’s emblem with the words Canis Canem Edit and in the centre, you will see a fist, snake, rat and a skull.

Of course, there is much more to this new item in GTA Online than it appears. The painting is designed by a fictional “Mathew Morse” which many people just assumed meant more code and the images all contain a number of pink dots.

Reddit users deciphered the pink dots into morse code and it says the following:

  • 4nad
  • 4adn
  • And4
  • Dan4

Dan4 points to Dan Houser, the producer at Rockstar Games. Dan was the lead on games like Bully, Max Payne 3, and Red Dead Redemption.

Given Dan worked on the original Bully makes this all too convenient. Why would Rockstar put his name in the game and why would they release these paintings with a secret message?

Then again, Rockstar could simply be trolling users and sending them on a massive Bully goose chase with no real intention to announce anything at all. It would be expected.
