Call of Duty Battle Royale “Warzone” Gameplay Leaked

According to reports, Activision will fully reveal the much-leaked Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale sometime today. The publisher has begun unflagging videos containing the game in any way including a video uploaded a while back that featured actual gameplay from the battle royale shooter. Call of Duty: Warzone is set to be a free-to-play battle royale game that users can download with or without owning Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

The leaked video which you can watch down below features the game’s Training Ground that is situated in the Armistice Training Facility. Players will earn additional XP for completing it. The training ground also introduces players to a handful of the game’s features including the loadout and drop kits where players can change their weapons, perks and pick up new items.

The leaked gameplay also reveals the items you can purchase at the Supply Station including an Armour Plate Bundle, Gas Mask, Precision Airstrike, Shield Turret, Cluster Strike, UAV, Munition Box, and a Drop Kit Marker. The Training Ground will act as a place where players can go and familiarize themselves with the game’s guns, loadouts, streaks and items. It will be a great place for new players to experience the mechanics of the game before jumping into a full match.

According to previous leaks, Activision plans on revealing Call of Duty: Warzone sometime today and will release the game on 11 March 2020 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Owners of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will have the mode enabled through the game’s main menu while others will need to download the full package with the option to unlock Modern Warfare through additional purchases. It is unclear how Activision will be tackling the Call of Duty: Warzone monetization but as far as we are aware, the game will make use of a battle pass similar to Modern Warfare.
