Activision has announced the multiplayer beta dates for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. As expected, it will arrive on PlayStation consoles first followed by other platforms at a later stage. The beta will give players an opportunity to try out the game’s multiplayer modes including a selection of modernised maps from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2 in addition to new Ground War experiences.
PS4 and PS5 players can hop into the multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 first starting Friday, 6 October at 10AM PT / 1PM ET / 6PM BST / 7PM CEST or 7PM SAST (local time) and ending on Tuesday, 10 October at the same times. This beta is limited to PlayStation players who pre-ordered the game, which also includes early access two days before launch. Other PlayStation players can then jump in on Sunday, 8 October at the same times.
