NVIDIA released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare where the company showcased some fancy PC enhancements users can expect to benefit from when they get their hands on the game later this year.
The new trailer is the first look at a ray-traced Modern Warfare experience and takes you through a visual showcase of how the game will take advantage of RTX on the NVIDIA GPUs. This includes reflections, shadows and some impressive bloom lighting.

NVIDIA also released some Modern Warfare screenshots of the RTX features being enabled and they all showcase a nighttime setting. This is the best way to showcase shadows rendered with RTX thanks to the spotlights and reliance on bouncing light.
NVIDIA confirms both the single-player experience and the multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will benefit from RTX across a series of visual improvements. Of course, you can expect the game to make use of other CP enhancements such as an uncapped frame rate, enhanced textures, higher resolution support and more but that news will come at a later date.
We will find out more about the game at Gamescom and closer to the launch. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare releases on 25 October 2019 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
