Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 Content Delayed

Infinity Ward and Activision have delayed the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 content in wake of the United States protests against police violence. In addition, the upcoming Call of Duty Mobile Season 7 content has also been delayed.

Infinity Ward announced the news on Twitter where the developer expressed its support for the George Floyd movement.

The delay arrives alongside Google, Sony, and EA Games who all postponed events planned for this week. The biggest being the PS5 reveal event set to take place this Thursday. The new content was meant to go live on 3 June 2020. However, the update will no longer go out to platforms. Gamers will have to wait a little longer. Activision did not give a new date for the upcoming season. However, expect the new Call of Duty content to go live in the coming weeks. We will share an update as soon as we hear more.
