In typical Activision fashion, Call of Duty: Vanguard comes in a range of different game editions that will each set you back a few thousand rands per game. Depending on your budget and how much you love the series, will depend on the version of choice. While all of them come with the base game, the three editions pack a handful of different items including double XP, weapon packs and even Battle Passes. There is also beta access locked behind pre-orders too. If you buy the Call of Duty: Vanguard Ultimate Edition, you will unlock everything and even obtain some Warzone stuff while you’re at it.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603H Gaming Notebook Review
As you may already know, Call of Duty: Vanguard is set to release on 5 November 2021 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Activision claims that the game has been built for current-gen consoles but they plan on releasing it on PS4 and Xbox One.
Call of Duty: Vanguard Editions
One major note to keep in mind is there is no Standard Edition of Call of Duty: Vanguard for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. If you purchase the Standard Edition of the game, it only enables you to play the PS4 and Xbox One versions through backwards compatibility. If you are on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, you need to look at the Cross-Gen bundle or Ultimate Edition. Activision has not confirmed yet whether or not the game will ship with a cross-gen upgrade that allows players to upgrade the PS4 and Xbox One standard edition to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
