The latest tease does not have much to go on. However, recent rumours claim it could either be the rumoured Resident Evil 8 or Resident Evil 4 Remake. The latter apparently kicked off development in early 2020. We have also seen and heard reports from the next instalment in the series set to release on next-gen consoles in early 2021. Other rumours claim Sony will host the reveal of RE8 or the Resident Evil 4 Remake during ts PS5 showcase. Perhaps this Capcom tease has finally given us a date to work with for that reveal event?
Whatever happens, we will keep you posted on the news. In the meantime, catch up on some RE8 rumours here.
