Last week we saw some unseen Crash Bandicoot merchandise leak online and it seems there is indeed a new game coming our way. In addition, the new game looks like a whole new experience and sequel to the series. The Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time box art and synopsis leaked revealing what players are in store for later this year.

The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee accidentally uploaded the game’s box art. It is being developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision. In addition, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox One according to the box. Along with the cool artwork that shows off some awesome-looking “Quantum Masks”, Crash and Coco, the game’s description reads;

According to Twitter, Activision sent some media in the US a strange puzzle that features the mask seen on the box. With the leaks heating up and the puzzle out in the wild, we could see a reveal of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time any day now.
Last year, we learnt that Activision was working on a brand-new standalone sequel to the series. This is no doubt the game we heard about. We don’t know Crash 4 will release in 2020, but it seems that is the case.
