Crash Bandicoot 4 Teases New Game Logo After Beating it at 106%

Someone managed to beat the latest Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time at 106% and unlocked a possible teaser to a future Toys From Bob game. The post was originally spotted on Twitter but has since found its way to Reddit and ResetEra.

According to the user, an odd logo appears for an instant when cycling through the Crash Bandicoot 1-4 channels at the start of the “Rude Awakening” tutorial level. However, the logo only appears once you have fully completed the game at 106%.

Of course, once the video appeared online, someone managed to mod the game and rip the image directly from the game files so you can take a closer look at it. What you see below is not much to go on. There’s a Wumpa Fruit in the middle of two swirly bolts. In the perfect world, this would hint at a Sonic The Hedgehog and Tails ex Crash Bandicoot cross over but we can only dream.

The game image file itself does not have a cryptic name nor any sort of code that hints at its intention. Many ResetEra users believe it may point at a Sonic the Hedgehog cross over but that is definitely a long stretch.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time released back in September and marked the series’ first sequel in over a decade. We loved it. You can read our review C. Clearly, the success of the game means Toys For Bob and Activision will work on future Crash video games and this is possibly our first look at a new one.
