Bethesda Games Will Be “First or Better” But Not “Only” on Xbox
The gameplay trailer switches between both the Xbox One X and Series X throughout the clip. In addition, it gives us a good look at some console gameplay for the very first time. Of course, the important thing to note here is that the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay on the Xbox Series X footage is not the official next-gen version of the game. Instead, CD Projekt Red claims it is the game running through backwards compatibility.
We know that the developer plans on rolling out the official suped-up version of the game sometime next year so when you boot up Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S this December, it will look and run better than the older hardware but there are still a load of improvements coming.
