We want Cyberpunk 2077 to be our crowning achievement for this generation and postponing launch will give us the precious months we need to make the game perfect[/perfectpullquote]
CD Projekt Red originally revealed the release date at E3 last year and later released a full gameplay demo for the upcoming sci-fi RPG. The delay comes just a few days after Square Enix announced they too will be delaying its upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake, and Marvel’s Avengers. It seems that 2020 could be the year of the video game delays as so far things are not looking too good.
We always say, take your time. We know the game will be worth it.
