In the early hours of Dead Island 2, players will encounter their first Lost and Found quest called The Clean and Snatch. The Lost and Found is picked up in Beverly Hills and players need to track down a pool cleaner in order to get his keys to open a chest and complete the quest. However, the whereabouts of the pool cleaner are hidden within texts and hints which you also need to find in order for the zombie version of the guy to appear holding the keys.

Where to find The Clean and Snatch Lost and Found Quest
You’ll find The Clean and Snatch Lost and Found quest in Beverly Hills shortly after locking down Ms Kwon’s house. The chest is found in the pool with a letter describing Obi’s intentions to save the weapon for his crush. Obi says he is finishing his round of pool cleaning in the area giving us a hint as to where he went next.
Dave’s Phone
After picking up the first note, you’ll then want to head to the house directly below Ms Kwon’s property where you found the quest. Here, on a pool chair is where you’ll find the next hint on Dave’s Phone. The text explains that Obi has a crush on one of the property owners and that he has been slacking at his job.
Note For Michael
After grabbing Dave’s Phone, you’ll want to head to Michael’s House. This is the same place you went to at the start of Beverly Hills to try and track down the missing personal assistant. In his pool, you’ll find the next note explaining that Obi borrowed his unicorn rubber ring to give to his crush who already has a pizza floatie.
Obi’s Phone
The next hint is found at the circular pool just lower to Michael’s House. This house has been taken over by a research team and is full of chemicals and, at the time I was there high powered enemies. So you’ll want to run through the house and quickly grab Obi’s phone which is next to the dead guy on the upper side of the pool.
The phone lists a text from Obi’s crush saying she is hosting a pool party with someone who runs a “prank channel” and it will be live-streamed. She asks Obi to clean the pool and remove the possible dead body from the pool ahead of the party.
Finding Obi and his Keys
So with all this in mind, the only place to fit the “prank channel” and “pool party” vibe is the GOAT house in Bel Air. You’ll need to head back to Bel Air and to the pool area. You’ll now spot the unicorn rubber ring Obi borrowed from Michael in the pool as well as the pizza floatie. Obi will also emerge from the pool as a zombie. Kill him, grab the key and run back to his treasure box to obtain the weapon.
