Kojima Productions will be launching Death Stranding on 2 June 2020 for PC. The game will launch both on the Epic Games Store and Steam on the same day and PC gamers are in for a treat. According to a new teaser video, Death Stranding on PC will feature a handful of Half-Life content. While this is mainly cosmetic from what we have seen so far, it is a nice addition to the PC version of the game.

In a teaser video, Kojima Productions revealed that the studio will be adding a “Valve” head cosmetic which will stick out of the back of Sam Bridges’ head. Death Stranding on PC will also get another iconic Half-Life cosmetic in the form of a wearable head crab hat.
So far these are the only two items we have seen but they could just be the start of something greater. There’s also no word yet if these items will only be available on Steam given that they are “Valve” owned. Whatever Kojima Productions are planning, I am sure they will share more soon.
