Death Stranding Pre-Order Page Leaks Ahead of Release Date Reveal

Even though Sony won’t be at E3 this year, PlayStation 4 fans have a lot to get excited about during this time. Earlier this week, we reported that Death Stranding’s creator, Hideo Kojima, shared a new teaser on his Twitter account and since then, Mr Kojima has shared two more with a big reveal, possibly a full trailer and release date, coming sometime later today. Before the reveal could take place, the Death Stranding pre-order page popped up on the PlayStation Store, detailing the pre-order bonuses for the game.

Multiple gamers managed to capture an image of the Death Stranding pre-order page, including Wario64 and Troy Kaz, which they shared on Twitter. You can check out the image below.

Death Stranding pre-order

The Death Stranding pre-order page has a description of the upcoming game built with the incredible Decima engine, reading:

[perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”#33e6ff” class=”” size=”25″]Sam Bridges must brave a world transformed by Death Stranding. Carrying the remnants of our future in his hands, he embarks on a journey to reunite the chattered world.[/perfectpullquote]

From the pre-order page, we can also see that the Death Stranding pre-order bonuses will include a PS4 theme, avatar as well as some interesting golden in-game items. This also means that the game will have items players can collect and that last one, the Gold Speed Skeleton, suggests some form of a faster way of travelling in the game, most likely acting as some kind of mount.

The most exciting part of all of this is that if the pre-order page is going to go live very soon, this means that we will definitely get a release date sometime today and it goes without saying that we are extremely excited for Kojima’s Death Stranding.
