Death Stranding is releasing on 8 November 2019 and of course, everyone is waiting in anticipation for a review to drop. The game is one of the most anticipated titles of 2019 with Hideo Kojima and his newly-formed studio Kojima Productions at the helm. It seems that Sony and Kojima have a lot of faith in the game with the Death Stranding review embargo date revealed for just a week before the launch.
According to ResetEra, the Death Stranding Review embargo is set for 1 November 2019 at 09:00 SAT (12:00 PT). This marks a full week before the game lands on PS4 on 8 November. The review embargo was leaked on a tweet and an Instagram post, which has since been removed.
We will learn more about the Death Stranding review program in the coming weeks as we edge closer to 1 November 2019 and its release date a week later. We are not sure how this process will work at the moment as we have yet to receive confirmation on the rollout plan including restrictions and streaming guidelines.
