Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding is releasing on 8 November 2019 for PS4 and although a lot of footage has been shown off, there’s still a lot of confusion surrounding the game, from its mysterious story and even if the game will, in fact, be a PS4 exclusive or come to PC as well at a later date. One thing that has now been cleared up is that just about everyone who puts in the time will be able to complete the game, as a Death Stranding Very Easy Mode has been confirmed.

Sometimes, some people just want to experience a game’s story and we’ve seen people complaining about games not having an easy mode basically every time From Software releases a title. With the Death Stranding Very Easy Mode, everyone who plays the game should be able to complete the story as this mode is for movie fans.
The game features several high-profile actors such as Mads Mikkelsen, Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, Lindsay Wagner and more. We also know that Kojima loves his performance capture and big, blockbuster-like cutscenes, with a prime example being a 27-minute long cutscene in Metal Gear Solid 4. For the movie fans, therefore, the Death Stranding Very Easy Mode will be available.
Hideo Kojima explains on Twitter that his personal assistant, Ayako Terashima, managed to complete the Death Stranding Very Easy Mode, someone who has never even completed the first stage of Pac-Man:
Normally there’s only Easy Mode, but we added Very Easy Mode for movie fans since we have real actors like Norman, Mads, Lea starred in. Even Yano-san who never completed the 1st stage of PAC-MAN, was able to complete the game on Very Easy Mode ???? https://t.co/fMZmuZltZw
