It is a short week in SA this week with a public holiday tomorrow. This means that we had to bring you your weekly news roundup today to make sure you are up to speed with the happenings of the world before the long weekend arrives.

This week we finally got a glimpse of the new Destiny 2 expansion due for release on 8 May 2018. Warmind will take players to Mars to fight the new frozen Hive and participate in a new end-game activity that according to Bungie, is the hardest public event to date. We will just have to see if they can live up to their claim when the expansion releases in May. Bungie also showed off some brand new private matches on new PvP maps and some exotic weapon changes too. It's looking good.

In other news, we have the PlayStation Plus announcement for May which looks great. Rayman Legends and Beyond: Two Souls are free for the month and we recommend you give them both a go. Check out all the biggest gaming news this week in our weekly news roundup below.
