The original Destroy All Humans remake was a great game. When it released last year, fans of the series were able to enjoy the classic 2005 video game once again with a fresh coat of paint. However, players who love the original games would know that the sequel was much better in many ways. Don’t get me wrong, the first game was great. I reviewed the remake and absolutely loved it but fans now want a Destroy All Humans 2 remake. It seems the remake could be on its way thanks to a new teaser in a rather strange place.
THQ Nordic released a new trailer for Destroy All Humans remake to announce free skins…. Yes, a full trailer for three new skins. But if you wait until the end of the trailer, things get quite interesting. It is more a teaser for Destroy All Humans 2 Remake than anything else.

Right before the trailer ends another Crypto appears out of nowhere and asks if 137 (the Crypto from the original game) was “done yet.” He then replies, “wait your turn little tadpole… I’m only getting started.”
For those who don’t know, this other Crypto might actually be Cryptosporidium-138, the alien who you play as in Destroy All Humans 2. Crypto 138 was a direct clone of 137 who mysteriously died at the beginning of the sequel.
His appearance in the trailer is no doubt a tease for things to come and might even confirm the Destroy All Humans 2 Remake. The fact that he is in the trailer already confirms that THQ Nordic wants players to know he exists. However, Crypto 137’s line “I’m only getting started” also hints that perhaps the developers have more things planned with the current clone before moving to 138.
We now know that Crypto 138 is real and that the Destroy All Humans 2 Remake might be coming our way soon. Personally, I can’t wait for it. The original remake was pure joy to play through. I even platinumed it on PS4. I need more now! Check out the trailer down below:
