Devil May Cry 5 Game Length Will Be 15 Hours

Devil May Cry 5 is one of our most anticipated games of 2019 and it is not too far off. Releasing on 8 March 2019 of PS4, Xbox One and PC, the game looks great and now we know the Devil May Cry 5 game length too thanks to an interview with Game Director Hideaki Itsuno.

Relatedevil May Cry 5 at 4K and 60 FPS on the PS4 Pro Confirmed

According to an interview in Seoul, the Game Director said that according to internal playthroughs and tests of the game, they expect the upcoming action/adventure to last you around 15 hours.

This “15-hour” playthrough was also on the game’s normal difficulty which means you could see the game reaching anything from around 17 hours when you pump this up. This is a great length for a game like this and surpasses all past Devil May Cry titles. The only one to come close is most likely the Devil May Cry 4 which lasted around 11 hours. This is the longest Devil May Cry game length in the series history and we cannot wait to see it in action.

We know that Devil May Cry 5 is being created using the Resident Evil 7 engine. This is the same engine used to create the Resident Evil 2 remake and according to Capcom, the game will run at 60FPS on the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. Whatever Capcom are cooking up, it is looking good. Check out the latest trailer of the game below;
