BlizzCon 2019 kicks off on 1 November 2019 and we can’t wait to see what Blizzard Entertainment has in store for fans. One thing that has been rumoured for a long time now is Diablo 4 and it looks like that’s exactly what we are going to get, as the Diablo 4 announcement has possibly been leaked via an upcoming art book called “The Art of Diablo”.

The Art of Diablo is set to release on 3 November (so shortly after BlizzCon 2019) as per an Amazon listing. In the advertisement for the art book on German magazine GameStar (as spotted by Reddit user eskay2001), the description (translated) reads:
[perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=”20″]Featuring over 500 artworks from Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo III and Diablo IV, this book features many noteworthy artworks created for Blizzard Entertainment’s iconic action role-playing game that has given generations of fans everlasting nightmares.[/perfectpullquote]
Even if you can’t read German and don’t trust the translation, you can check out an image from the GameStar magazine (page 27) below where it clearly mentions Diablo 4.
At the time of writing, Blizzard Entertainment has not officially confirmed a Diablo 4 announcement as BlizzCon 2019 but with the Art of Diablo set to release on 3 November, all signs are pointing towards an announcement being made at the show.
Hopefully, we will hear a lot more about Diablo 4 and other Blizzard Entertainment projects at this year’s BlizzCon. Earlier rumours suggested that the game could even release next year and that it has been in development since 2016, and that Blizzard has multiple other Diablo projects in the works.
