Tiny Prestige Custom Creeps Dota 2

Dota 2 Battle Pass – Tiny Prestige and Custom Creeps Released

With one day to go before The International 2019’s group stage kicks off, everything is happening at once. After Valve prepared for the release of the Tiny Prestige item yesterday with an update, this excellent new Immortal item set is now available for Battle Pass owners level 255 and above, as expected. What I didn’t expect was the Custom Creeps to be released in the same update as well, which also looks great if you ask me.

You will need a Dota 2 Battle Pass of level 255 or above to claim the Tiny Prestige item set featuring new models for each of his growth stages, called Majesty of the Colossus. For the Custom Creeps, called the Reptilian Refuge, you will need to have a Dota 2 Battle Pass level 182 or above. This means that all Battle Pass rewards have been produced by Valve and it is a great move to release the remaining rewards before The International 2019 kicks off as you don’t want to release an update during the group stage or main event days.

In a new Dota 2 blog post, Valve talks about the Tiny Prestige item (and the update item slots for the hero) and explains that the hero will soon become available on the Steam Workshop:

[perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”#3cff33″ class=”” size=”22″] Featuring completely new models for each of his Grow states, plus custom animations and effects for Avalanche and Tree Grab, the ‘Majesty of the Colossus’ can only be earned by increasing your Battle Level to 255 before the conclusion of The International 2019 Battle Pass. Players who’ve already grown to level 255 can claim this item set from the rewards line and roll into the lanes in splendor and style.

To accommodate the release of this new item set, Tiny’s item slots have also been updated and simplified to correspond to his four levels of Grow, and his materials have been optimized to allow for more robust content creation. This means he will soon become available on the workshop, and that artists will only need to focus on making items to fit four base slots and one weapon slot on any future Tiny designs. It will be interesting to see what designers from the community can come up with for Tiny going forward, but for now, we can toss enemies and teammates around with this majestic new item set.
