Dota 2 MDL Disneyland Paris Major Qualified Teams So Far

Dota 2 fans across the globe have been treated to a lot of awesome matches and world-class displays of skill during the MDL Disneyland Paris Major Qualifiers, which ran for nearly two weeks. Now, 15 teams have qualified and the only way for another team to quality is to win the Dota 2 PIT Minor which takes place at the end of this month.

For those who don’t know, the MDL Disneyland Paris Major is of the utmost importance as teams will fight it out in May for a total prize pool of $1 million and 15,000 DPC points. The team who wins the major will secure their spot at The International 2019 if they haven’t already qualified, as 4750 DPC points to the winner is enough to get you a direct invite.

Qualifying for the Disneyland Paris Major is the first step and you can view all the qualified teams and which region they qualified through below. However, let me just say that OG is back. The International 2018 champions struggled without their prolific carry player Anathan “Ana” Pham.

Now that he is back, OG looked extremely strong during the European Qualifiers, also producing the best game of all the qualifiers in my opinion. Team Liquid versus OG (Game 1 of the playoffs) was an absolute slugfest and even though OG lost the series (barely) they still went on to qualify, with constant fighting, spamming those chat wheel options and simply looking as confident as TI winners should.
