EcoFlow, the leading company of eco-friendly and sustainable energy solutions and Hisense have dominated Black Friday sales on Takealot, according to new data. As loadshedding continues to be a growing problem for South Africans, many have opted to find alternatives to providing power during blackouts. That’s where EcoFlow came in and cemented itself among the top ten brands in overall sales. Meanwhile, Hisense had a stellar Black Friday with its range of fantastic TVs, topping the brands chart.
This marked the first time that EcoFlow EcoFlow EcoFlowhas participated in Black Friday sales in South Africa, becoming a highly-demanded brand known for its various affordable power stations and solutions to the ongoing loadshedding problems.

Looking at the most-sold items list, Hisense dominated with its TV deals during the Black Friday rush on Takealot. Elsewhere, EcoFlow secured the third most-sold item with its DELTA 2 Portable Power Station while the 9th-gen Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy A24 and PlayStation 5 console squeezed into the list as well. The 65-inch Samsung TV proved to be a high-demand product too during the Black Friday sales.
