South Africans who are looking to spend some extra money on the upcoming hardcore RPG Elden Ring will be happy to know that the Collector’s Edition has been confirmed for a launch in the country. There are two special editions you can purchase of Elden Ring in SA. One being the Elden Ring Launch Edition that comes with a SteelBook, a poster, some patches and postcards.
Then there’s the Elden Ring Collector’s Edition that ships with a 23cm Statue of Malenia – Blade of Miquella, a different SteelBook, a 40-page artbook and the digital soundtrack.

The two versions are priced differently. The Elden Ring Launch Edition costs R1,199 in South Africa and the Elden Ring Collector’s Edition costs R4,999. You can also pick up the standard game version with a normal box and no SteelBook for R1,080 at launch.
Keep in mind that the stock of the two special editions are extremely limited so you NEED TO pre-order as soon as possible to avoid losing out on this cool game version. We have also been notified that once pre-order allocations run out, that is it. There won’t be any available after that. Elden Ring launches on 25 February 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
