From Software has released a new character trailer for its upcoming multiplayer survival game, Elden Ring Nightreign, this time focusing on the brutish Raider class. The archetypes, called Nightfarers in the game, each possess unique abilities and skills. In the case of the Raider class, it’s the closest players will get to a walking tank capable of dealing devastating counter damage and raising stone platforms from the earth for the high ground advantage.
The Raider class in Elden Ring Nightreign might be the ultimate power fantasy Nightfarer: heavy strikes with large weapons, high poise, powerful counter attacks and the unique ability to conjure stone platforms from beneath the ground. Other players can then scale these platforms and get a high ground advantage over enemies below. Meanwhile, the Raider can also summon stone spikes from the ground to deal big damage to enemies too.

The official description for Elden Ring Nightreign reads:
“Elden Ring Nightreign is a standalone adventure within the Elden Ring universe, crafted to offer players a new gaming experience by reimagining the game’s core design. Join forces with other players to take on the creeping night and the dangers within featuring 3-player co-op. Take command of uniquely skilled heroes, each possessing their own abilities and distinct flair. While individually formidable, their skills create powerful synergies when they unite as a team.”
