From Software and Bandai Namco have released patch 1.03.2 for Elden Ring, which brings various bug fixes for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S consoles and PC. The patch notes have been released, and though aren’t major, it manages to fix one problematic progression bug.
The latest Elden Ring patch is out now for consoles and PC, which apparently fixes a few bugs that originally came with the previous patch 1.03. This notably includes a bug fix which prevented players from advancing one of the more important NPC’s questlines in the game.

Elden Ring Patch Notes 1.03.2
- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from advancing NPC Nepheli Loux’s questline
- Fixed a bug that causes the playable character to die when trying to descend from a spot near Bestial Sanctum
- Fixed a bug that prevented Ash of War, Endure from taking effect
- Fixed a bug in multiplayer that allowed players to teleport others to incorrect map coordinates
The patch fixes Nepheli Loux’s questline, which was reported by many players as being broken following patch 1.03’s release. Additionally, PvP has also received a fix where players were teleported to different sections of the map not anywhere near their target and had to travel great distances to engage in battle.
Another bug fix in this patch is lesser known, but apparently players were dying when trying to hop off a certain spot near the Bestial Sanctum. Considering that it’s possible to actually arrive at this location very early in the game, it’s a necessary fix that would avoid a lot of headaches.
Elden Ring‘s recent patch 1.03 rebalanced several abilities, items and gear, with the Mimic Tear being mourned for getting a nerf. However, most players will be happy to know that the Mimic Tear nerf didn’t actually do much, so it’s still a pretty powerful tool in the game.
Elden Ring is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
