Elden Ring update 1.04 released just a week ago and brought with it performance updates for the title as well as new events in NPC questlines. Players can also now turn the camera auto-rotate function on or off and Patches – everyone’s favourite Souls NPC – received new dialogue phases.
Some other changes in the 1.04 patch included damage to certain weapons as well as faster spell casting with particular magical attacks.
FromSoftware had to recently address another bug regarding one of its more famously tough battles – Starscourge Radahn – where he was accidentally made easier. The developer quickly caught on to the mistake and issued a swift patch to jolt Radahn back to his former glory.
Elden Ring had sold over 12 million copies by March 14th despite only coming on sale on February 25th, according to the game’s publisher Bandai Namco. Elden Ring is 2022’s best-selling game in the US and is only bestest by Call of Duty: Vanguard for the best-selling title over a 12-month period ending in March 2022, in terms of dollar sales.
