While we still know very little about Fallout 76 and its detailed systems, Bethesda is sharing more and more about the game as we nudge closer to the BETA and release. We know players can look forward to experiencing the BETA when it goes live first on Xbox One on 23 October with PS4 and PC beginning on 30 October 2018 but that does not stop them from asking the questions we all want answers to.

Bethesda’s Pete Hines took to Twitter to respond to some fan questions regarding loot and the new C.A.M.P system. One of the most interesting questions regards to loot and whether or not it will respawn in the game. A fan asked if you loot a house and quit the game and reload whether or not the loot will be back in the house. Pete responded saying that loot in the world will respawn after a set amount of hours. Although he did not mention a number.

Hines also spoke about player camps. In Fallout 76, when you go offline you player camp goes offline at the same. When you load up the game and come back online, your base does too and it is in the same place as you left it. However, Hines did mention that if your base is in a spot where another player has built their’s, you will have to move it when you load back online. While this could cause some inconvenience, Pete does hope that it does not happen often.

The last point he touched on was on death during quests. Pete was asked what happens if a player dies during a quest. Pete responded saying that the player will have to pick it back up and start over again due to the lack of a manual save. Bethesda saves the game progress.

So there you have it. Make sure you don’t die during quests, your camp will be safe when you go offline and loot does respawn. Are you looking forward to Fallout 76? Let us know in the comments below. Fallout 76 is due for release on 14 November 2018.

GLITCHED was created by taking everything we love and putting into one place. It contains a little something for everyone be it your favourite comic book, what to binge on Netflix this weekend, or your annual first-person shooter. The idea that one can love all the cool things is not hard to comprehend, you just need to find a place for it. That place is GLITCHED..
