Fallout Season 2 Amazon Macaulay Culkin Cast

Fallout Season 2 Adds Macaulay Culkin to The Cast

Macaulay Culkin, the actor known for Home Alone and American Horror Story, has joined the cast of the live-action Fallout series from Amazon. Season 2 of the acclaimed adaptation is scheduled to begin filming very soon, though it looks like casting is ramping up.

As reported by Deadline, Macaulay Culkin has joined Fallout season 2 and is said to be playing a “crazy genius” character of some sort. Otherwise, we know very little about who he will play, if it will be an original character created for the show or if he will portray someone from the video games. Fans speculate that he could potentially play Robert House, the enigmatic ruler of New Vegas. Since the second season is heading to New Vegas, that would make sense, plus it would fit the “crazy genius” type.

Robert House would seem like ideal casting if the character wasn’t already played by Rafi Silver in season 1 of the show. Of course, Amazon could simply recast the actor too for someone who has a bit more mainstream appeal like Culkin. Assuming that Mr. House is still the ruler of New Vegas in the timeline of the universe, the showrunners would definitely want him as a focus in the next season. Alternatively, he could also play an original character, so we’ll have to wait and see which role he takes.

The live-action Fallout series already has a stacked cast consisting of Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean, Walter Goggins as Cooper Howard/The Ghoul, Aaron Moten as Maximus, Moises Arias as Norm MacLean and Kyle MacLachlan as Hank MacLean. The cliffhanger ending of the first season saw Lucy and The Ghoul in pursuit of Hank, who seems to have taken refuge in New Vegas. Meanwhile, Maximus might have to wrestle with his duties in the Brotherhood of Steel.

Amazon and Bethesda have a lot to live up to with the second season. The first season brought in over five million viewers in its first week, making it one of the most successful shows in Prime Video’s history.
