Some of the Avengers, like Thor, possess their superpowers because of who they are. Others, like Black Widow, Captain Marvel, and Captain America got theirs because they were permanently modified. However, there are a few Avengers without superpowers that have become the most badass humans ever.

Hawkeye
Hawkeye aka Clinton Barton (portrayed by Jeremy Renner) is one of the Avengers without superpowers that hasn’t even been modified. He is merely a kickass human being at the top of his game.

He is a world-class archer and is trained in various forms of fighting disciplines. He might seem like he has superpowers when he is engaged in combat, but that’s because he’s that good. His quiver contains a few modified arrows, but the rest is pure human ability. In the comics, as Ronin, he wields a samurai sword.
Ant-Man
Ant-Man aka Scott Land (portrayed by Paul Rudd in the MCU movies) is able to shrink down to the size of an ant thanks to the Ant-Man suit which was created by former SHIELD scientist Hank Pym (portrayed by Michael Douglas in the MCU movies). Without it, he was a thief struggling to get his life together.

The suit gives him the ability to not only shrink down to the size of an ant, but he can control ants too and has increased strength and speed thanks to the suit. It also contains a few weapons and other gadgets that come in handy in sticky situations. He has a partner, Hope Pym (portrayed by Evangeline Lilly in the MCU movies) who has a suit which transforms her into The Wasp.

Iron Man
Tony Stark aka Iron Man (portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.) is arguably one of the most popular Avengers of them all. His own standalone movie, Iron Man (2008) kicked off the MCU which culminated in Avengers: Endgame.

As a genius and once-CEO of Stark Industries, he has created some of the most amazing superhero technology ever and his suit is what makes him Iron Man. He has the ability to fly, shoot, fight and do various other things in his Iron Man suit.
Black Panther
In the 2017-movie, Black Panther is portrayed by Chadwick Boseman. In it, we are shown during the ceremony to pass the crown of Wakana onto T’Challa, how the power of the Black Panther comes from the Heart-Shaped Herb that is found in the country of Wakanda. Once stripped of its powers, he is almost defeated by M’Baku (portrayed by Winston Duke) who challenges him for the title as King of Wakanda.

The Black Panther suit and all of its amazing abilities are thanks to his sister, Shuri (portrayed by Letitia Wright). She is a technology nut and harnesses the power of Wakanda’s Vibranium to create all sorts of cool gadgets not only for Black Panther but for herself too, like her blaster arms.
War Machine
Having studied aviation engineering and receiving aircraft training at the US Air Force, he has designed various hi-tech weapons and armours for Stark Industries.

His own armoured suit turns him into exactly what his name suggests – a machine of war. Combined with combat training and his other weapon skills, his suit makes him a fierce force and one of the strongest Avengers without superpowers. His suit gives him strength, speed, and the ability to fly.
So there you have some of the Avengers that are able to be some of the mighties people even without possessing any superpowers.
