Five Nights at Freddy’s VR: Help Wanted is set to be released in April 2019 by Steel Wool Studios, so fans of this horror franchise will be able to enjoy it in virtual reality realness very soon. This VR game will be released for Sony’s own PlayStation VR, Oculus, Steam VR and HTC Vive.

The virtual reality version of this chilling game will feature some delightfully scary creatures from the original games in the franchise, to new scariness created specifically for VR. Some of these creepy creatures were featured in the launch trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s VR, and some of them performed the franchise’s signature jump scare as they approach you in first-person view. There is virtually nothing scarier than animatronic toys coming to life in a haunted way, and the VR version of this game seems to push the creepiness to a whole new level and is described by Sony as:

Five Nights at Freddy’s VR: Help Wanted is a collection of VR experiences based on the original Five Nights at Freddy’s games, but it includes several new experiences as well.

Players will have to scan their surroundings to find and complete tasks in Five Nights at Freddy’s VR by interacting with their environment and objects using either the DualShock 4 controllers or the PS Move motion controllers. For the first time in the history of the franchise, players will be able to earn collectables at the prize counter. These collectables include bobbleheads, plushies, action figures and more.
