If you have pre-ordered the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PS4 and PS5 then you should now start your pre-load. Sony has uploaded the game to the PlayStation Network so early buyers can download the files before the official release on 20 August 2021.

You will need to clear up some space because Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is not small by any means. The game comes in at around 57.72GB. This is across both PS4 and PS5.

Keep in mind that the Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut pre-load might not be live in all regions at the time of writing this post. So if you can’t download the game now, then keep checking back in the next few days to see when it is available in your country.

The game includes the original base game that was released back in 2020 (we reviewed it and absolutely loved it). In addition, it has all the free DLC and updates as well as the awesome multiplayer built right into the game.

Best of all, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut comes with the anticipated Iki Island expansion. It sees Jin venture off Tsushima Island to investigate another Mogul invasion taking place off-shore. Expect to find new secrets, face new enemies and take on new quests while exploring Iki Island.
