Ghost of Tsushima: Legends Won’t Have Microtransactions

Sucker Punch has confirmed that the upcoming free co-op expansion for Ghost of Tsushima called “Legends” won’t have any microtransactions. It is natural for players to feel a bit concerned when a free update comes their way. Multiplayer + loot + free content often equates to the possibility of in-game purchases. Luckily, that is not the case with Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.

Of course, the only thing you will need is a copy of Ghost of Tsushima. The upcoming multiplayer expansion is not a standalone experience. Users will require the main game to play the content. However, players won’t need to purchase anything else other than the game.

Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is an upcoming multiplayer expansion. The content will see players enter two-player and four-player missions and activities with friends. The story is set in a supernatural world filled with Japanese mythological creatures such as Yokai. Players also have their own unique magic and abilities which they can use to take down the waves of enemies.
