God of War is coming to PC on 14 January so you have a month to prepare your hardware. Sony has just released the God of War PC system requirements so you can prepare for the game’s arrival next month. In total, there are five specification tiers for the game. These range from the lowest to the highest hardware requirements one would need in order to play God of War at its best.

If you like to spend money on your PC and have the best of the best hardware installed, God of War is going to be pure eye candy. However, if you don’t have the best hardware, the other system requirements aren’t too bad either.

God of War PC System Requirements

Minimum 720p,  30FPS

• Graphics settings: Low
• GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 (4GB) or AMD R9 290X (4GB)
• CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k (4 core 3.3Ghz) or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (4 core 3.1Ghz)
• RAM: 8GB
• Storage: 70GB HDD

God of War on PC comes with a range of enhancements made specifically for the platform. This includes more graphical options to tweak, higher-resolution shadows and textures, improved screen-space reflections, enhanced GTAO and SSDO effects and higher resolutions with uncapped frame rates. Sony has also revealed that God of War on PC will support NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex technology alongside AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution.
