God of War Ragnarok Official Story Synopsis Nine Realms

God of War Ragnarok Potential Spoilers are Already Appearing Online

God of War Ragnarok, the highly anticipated upcoming PlayStation exclusive from Sony Santa Monica Studio, is a few months away from launch but it looks like potential spoilers are already floating around online. The latest leaks comes from a known insider who claims to have a lot of information on the game, even going as far as leaking concept art of Odin on Reddit.

Dusk Golem certainly has a reputation for leaks and insider knowledge, particularly related to several Capcom projects, but this latest leak surprisingly comes from God of War Ragnarok. We won’t be uploading the image of Odin that Dusk Golem shared on Reddit, but you can have a look at it via PlayStation Lifestyle right here (before it’s inevitably taken down).

Dusk Golem claims to have plenty of information related to God of War Ragnarok, even saying that he had the game’s most recent trailer well before it was officially posted by PlayStation. However, he stopped short of sharing any big spoilers as he “only understands half of it.”

The leaks could’ve possibly been a result of a security breach that happened at Sony in July, with insiders like XboxEra’s Nick Baker and Jeff Grubb claiming that God of War Ragnarok leaks were inevitable as information had been unearthed about the upcoming sequel during the breach.

If leakers like Dusk Golem have sensitive information on God of War Ragnarok, then we can expect others to follow soon with even more leaks and spoilers. This marks the second large-scaled security breach at Sony that happened in the last two years. The first occurred when details and clips were leaked for The Last of Us Part II months before its release. It looks like Sony will have a similar situation on its hands if these leaks and spoilers aren’t quickly addressed.

God of War Ragnarok releases on 9 November 2022 for PS4 and PS5.
