Godfall Cinematic Intro and Ascended Edition Revealed

Gearbox Publishing released a new trailer for the upcoming PS5 looter slasher Godfall ahead of its 12 November release. The trailer is the cinematic intro video which users will watch when booting up the game. Luckily, we don’t have to wait until November to watch it.

The trailer gives us a good glimpse of the ongoing war in the upcoming game. According to the video’s description, the cinematic revolves around the betrayal of Macros and how he brought ruin to the once-thriving civilization.

In addition to the trailer, Gearbox Publishing shared the three different editions which players can buy. Godfall on PS5 comes in three versions including the standard edition, the Deluxe Edition and the Ascended Edition. The editions retail for $69,99, $89,99, and $99,99 respectively. No local pricing yet. The biggest addition to the non-standard editions is the added expansion which is said to arrive sometime in 2021.
