It’s Friday, which means you can grab another two free games from the Epic Games Store and if you take advantage of these freebies in time, they will be yours to keep forever, or at least until the inevitable robot uprising occurs. Many gamers might not agree about how Epic is doing things with the Epic Games Store exclusivity push, but I, for one, love me some free games, especially when they are the calibre of Mutant Year Zero.
This week is pretty special as PC gamers can grab Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden and Hyper Light Drifter. The former is one of my favourite tactical, turn-based titles released in recent memory (read my full review here) and Hyper Light Drifter is a 2D action-RPG has been very well received by critics and gamer alike.
Grab both these free games from the Epic Games Store by following the links below. You have until 22 August 2019 to pick up these games and add them to your library.
If you need more convincing to grab some excellent free game, check out a description and trailer for each of them below.

Hyper Light Drifter
Echoes of a dark and violent past resonate throughout a savage land, steeped in treasure and blood. Hyper Light Drifter is an action adventure RPG in the vein of the best 16bit classics, with modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale.
